Anaheim Downpayment Assistance Programs
Currently, Anaheim provides two downpayment assistance programs that are targeted towards people who live or work in Anaheim. The application documents are included in the links at the bottom of this page.
To apply for this assistance:
STEP 1: Please download and save each of the application documents
listed below.
STEP 2: Print the documents on your printer.
STEP 3: Complete the required documents.
STEP 4: Copy and attached all required information as described in the Application Checklist.
